Foremost Liquors is an online alcohol ordering platform which allows the consumers of legal drinking age to order beer, wine and spirit online and get it delivered at doorstep or can pick up from the local retailers.

We partner with local retailers to fulfill orders. Foremost Liquors provides you the most convenient and unique way of shopping for liquors from the comfort of your home. All the inventories of nearby retailers are curated on our website and mobile app.

The delivery of the orders are done by our local retailers. Foremost Liquors is not involved in the delivery of the orders.

We work with local retailers stores to fulfill orders for delivery and pickup and that’s why our operational hours vary store to store.

If you want to check the liquor stores near you then visit the Our Stores page, enter your delivery address and you will get the list of liquor stores in your area and all the essential information.

Order Related

Promotion code can be applied on the cart page. You can find a space on the right of the page to enter the same. Please note, you need to be signed in to enter a promotion code.

You can choose to leave a tip on the cart page in the order summary. By default 10% of the order amount will be selected but you can always modify it as per the given options.

Yes, there is a minimum order amount involved per order for delivery and it may vary store to store.

Yes, there are delivery fees involved for each order placed on Foremost Liquors. The delivery fee varies from store to store and it will be clearly mentioned on the order summary in the cart page.

You can add Delivery Notes to your order on the checkout page under the delivery details section.

The delivery address of the order cannot be changed once the order is confirmed. We request you to get in touch with the store for more information.

Foremost Liquors does not guarantee delivery times. The delivery is carried out by our local retailers and they’re responsible for the delivery. You will be notified via email when your order is out for delivery. However, the delivery might get delayed due to various external factors - traffic conditions and weather.

Yes you can opt for an in-store pickup for your order.

In order to pickup your order you need to be 21 years and older. The store person will ask for your government issued ID card for verification.

There are no charges for in-store pickup.

To cancel an order, you need to sign in using the credentials from which you had placed orders. Once logged in successfully, click on "My Account" > "My Orders". Here, you will see each, and every order that you have placed store wise.

Find out the order that you want to cancel, and click on the "Cancel Order" button. Upon clicking on "Cancel Order", you will be asked to enter the reason for cancelation of the order which is not mandatory. Again click on "Yes-cancel order" for the final confirmation, and your order will get canceled.

Please note, an order that is already out for delivery cannot be canceled.

If you have multiple items in your order and you want to cancel some items then this is not possible. If you even mistakenly click on the Cancel Order, the whole order will be canceled.

No, there’s no additional fee charged for order cancelation.

We do not have live tracking at this time, but you can check the status of your orders by receiving emails, and notifications. Beneath listed are each stage of the emails,and notifications that you will receive for your orders.

  • Accepted Order - this says that your order has been accepted by the store.
  • Rejected Order - this says that your order has been rejected by the store due to some reason.
  • Order Ready - this says that your order is ready for pickup or delivery.
  • Order Picked Up - this says that you or a person on behalf of you has picked up the order from the respective store.
  • Order Cancel By Store - this says that your order has been canceled due to some reason.
  • Order Item Availability - this says that whether products that you have ordered are available in the store or not. Depending upon the item availability you can decide whether you want to receive that particular order with less products or want to cancel it.
  • Order Out for Delivery - this says that your order is out for delivery, and will reach at your doorsteps at any moment.

We would request you to kindly get in touch with the store for their return process and policy. Please note, each store may have their individual return policy. The contact information can be found on the order confirmation email and Our Stores page.

Yes you can place an order at Foremost Liquors anytime. In this case, the order process would remain the same that is in the business hours of each store. You can place the order outside the business hours but you will be able to pickup your order or get your order delivered in the business hours only.

Yes, we recommend you to be present at the time of delivery of the order. The delivery person will ask you to verify your age by presenting any government issued photo ID that clearly mentions your date of birth or age. It is mandatory to show the proof.

Yes, anyone can accept the order on your behalf but they will need to present their government issued ID card for age verification.

Account Related

Creating an account on Foremost Liquors is easy. Just click on the sign up option present at the top-right corner of the website. Fill out all the information and click on the Sign Up button.

Don’t worry if you have forgotten your password. Just click on the Forgot Password option on the Sign In page. You will be asked to enter your registered email address with us. We will send you an email with instructions to reset your password.

Payment & Billing

Credit/ Debit card payments are accepted on our platform.

We’re sorry but you cannot pay for an order in cash - delivery or pickup. You will have to pay in advance using your credit/debit card.

We submit refund requests to your bank or card issuer once you cancel the order. It will take 5-10 business days to reflect the refunded amount in your account. The number of days also depends on the bank.
